Beyoncé perdeu para Alicia Keys em Best Female R&B Artist, mas ganhou o Video Of The Year, junto com Lady GaGa em Telephone. 

Idris Elba, que fez par romântico com Beyoncé, em Obsessed, ganhou em Best Actor.
